Prices

These are the hire prices to the end of 2011 for the use of the Barns and its facilities for a day and/or evening event.

For meetings access to the barn is 0830 to 1800 on the day of the event.

For parties/functions access to the barn 1200 to 1800 or 1830 to 0030.

For weddings you will be allowed access to the Barn from 1000 on the day of your event and to have left by 0030 on the following day.

Bank Holiday Sundays are charged at Saturday prices and Bank Holiday Mondays at Sunday prices.

The cost of a civil wedding is £175. It is the responsibility for the wedding couple to arrange the  Mendip County Council Registrar at Shepton Mallet and pay their costs.

All prices are inclusive of VAT based on 17.5%.  If the VAT rate should change then the new rate will apply.

Late Availability Prices

Any booking being made for an event taking place within 2 months of today will be subject to a 25% reduction on the listed price.
